We had a dedicated and very accommodating project and site manager which made the management of the project through on central point much more pragmatic and effective. Like any project, once you start there is always things you want to vary and these contract variations were dealt with in a very constructive manner with transparent and fair pricing. In addition the loose ends to wrap-up the project were also followed up, even when some were probably outside the project scope or late variation requests.
