Titanfall matchmaking bad

Absolute rubbish for new players. Deeper Diver Generation 3. Jul 17, Messages: Forgive me if I am wrong, but I don't think matchmaking is used on the campaign. Its definitely used on attrition.
When you play attrition, you will get better matchmaking. Might take 2 or more games to notice.
So What's Up With The Matchmaking For This Game?
Don't give up, try attrition as its good practice. I don't think campaign uses matchmaking because their is a very small pool of players to draw from. Once the campaign is completed, most player wont play it again unless they want to go after a certain acheivment. Jul 18, Messages: Allowing people to host their own servers to include anyone else not just friends would solve this pretty quickly.
Make grind a lot more laid back aswell. I completed the game and have played about 30 hours now quite enjoying Attrition and hard line domination..
As of lately matchmaking has been very bad for me. I usually finish MVP, but can still lose because my teammate's have like maybe 5 kills each. Periodically, I have increase in matchmaking time from m up to 13m. . I said, if you don't choose just one mode, the wait time isn't so bad.
I prefer the pilot combat though to using the Titans. Aug 20, Messages: You're either good, or you're bad, its your choice if you want to learn to get better or not. I think the matching system is pretty fair. Right now I always place in the middle, and my my skills are not over the top. Hate to resuscitate a dead post, but, respectfully, you're wrong about the matchmaker. I'm glad you, a community manager, places well. Me, a brand new player, had such a terrible experience getting completely dominated by experienced players that I haven't touched this thing in over a week and don't see any reason why that would change.
Maybe pass a note up the line that there might be a problem with new player retention. Thanks for the feedback.
I know there's a patch coming later today with a new game mode. I may as well add into this, I'm a pretty experienced fps player but since I bought this game a couple of days ago I'm constantly slaughtered and I have to play on London servers because it can take anything up to 40 minutes to get a game in Asia where I live. It was said that the game was far more frustrating and has rock bottom lows, however, so I think it's somewhat natural to infer icyeyes thinks the game should be fixed. It's really easy to get pub-stomped by a stacked team in this game, but I'd argue that's the case for most games with this type of skill gap. Getting in a Titan early and late in the game is super important in these modes. Maybe pass a note up the line that there might be a problem with new player retention. As far as Titanfall 2 goes, I'm much happier with the matchmaking than I was when playing either Destiny or Black Ops 3. Burn cards are another aspect: I would say it's random too, got it on Friday thanks to EA access and i've played all sorts of levels.
