The hosting plan would not let me mass email more than users nor could it handle the traffic being thrown at it when I spoke to customer service. The only solution seemed to be to change my hosting plan, but to where?? Here I was, promising this great site to the community and don't have the equipment I need to scale it properly without shelling out some real dough.

When you receive new notifications it will show at the top bar. One is for messages and the other is for friend requests. I can accept buddy and event requests right from the drop down too, that's pretty awesome. If I click on the name of someone in my messages drop down it will take me to my inbox.
