According to the data, the Tomb of the Desert Ocean is an underground oasis, a vast source of water for centuries. You must survive its depths to find the Relic of Life and return it to me. This is Samir Amin signing out. Given its distance from the town, it is strongly advisable to stock your Sims up with plenty of dried food and shower-in-a-can not to mention a tent for this quest.
Upon entering the Tomb of the Desert Ocean, your Sims will find a room with two pools of water located on either side. On either side of the room, there is a door. The door located on the left hand-side is locked away under a specific keystone but the door on the right is open. Before you go in though, notice there is a pedestal on one corner of the room and a treasure chest on the other corner. Go and collect the treasures before entering the second room.
From the second room onwards, your Sims will find a series of similarly-looking rooms containing a walkway with pools of water and plant decorations on either side. The fifth room in the series contains a well. You will need to direct your Sims to explore the well in order to pop up into the sixth room. In here, you will find two statues and three platforms.
One of the platforms contains a hidden room with a treasure chest. The lower floor contains a simple corridor which statues lining both sides. There are two tables containing ancient coins which your Sims can collect. A large room is located off to the side of the main corridor. Here you will find some treasure lying on the ground. A trigger tile in the far corner reveals a little alcove with a treasure chest inside. Once your Sims has collected all the loot from this level, descend down into the third floor.
The final floor contains a large room with three statues located in it. Inspecting the three statues will reveal that they are all movable.
You will need to push them away to reveal firstly, an electricity trap that the statue will deactivate be careful to push the statues away from the pathway to avoid standing on the trap yourself! One of the trigger tiles reveals a hidden room with a treasure inside it. The second trigger tile reveals a hidden hole in the room that contains some ancient coins. The third trigger tile deactivates the ring of electricity traps surrounding a door. Walking through the door will reveal a large beautiful room with a fountain in its centre. There is a treasure chest located behind it.
The treasure chest holds the keystone that is required to unlock the door we saw back on the ground level. Emptying the treasure chest also reveals a series of staircases that will lead your Sims back up to the ground floor without having to navigate the rooms that you have just explored. The second half of the pyramid is relatively straightforward. Once your Sims inserts the keystone, he or she will find a room with a hidden door on the left. Inspecting it will reveal a room with a treasure chest inside.
The room containing a pool of water directly in front also has a treasure chest as well as a hidden hole in the room with ancient coins inside. Finally, going through the door to the final room in the series will reveal a large room with three treasure chests, a life plant and a death flower bush. Harvest the plants and collect the treasures. The Relic of Life is located in the treasure chest in the middle. Pay the merchant a visit and try to obtain the information.
I am supposed to take a picture of a certain lady (can't remember her name) and deliver the picture to her. I tried taking a picture of her, but the quest tab thingamajig stil says "0/1 photographs taken". :oops: I had to click on my camera to view all pictures, click 'Take All. Like all other interaction parts of the adventure, your Sims will need to have an adequate relationship level with Youssef Nagi before he will give you the information. Youssef Nagi appears to be quite interested in a free meal. They will share their information with you, but only if you bring them a fresh plate of Shawarma. Grab the Ancient Coins and treasure and then inspect the hole in the floor, which opens a wall behind you. Loot the treasure chest and go back through the wall, then through the nearest door.
You can push the statue onto the panel behind it to reveal a hole in the floor with a money bag, but make sure to pull it back onto the panel it was on originally to disable the electricity traps. Step on the foot panel to disarm the rest of the traps and explore the dive pool. Swim through and inspect the hole in the wall when you come out, which opens a shortcut back to the first room.
Clear all the rubble to find a panel and push the nearest statue on it, which reveals another panel. Pull another statue onto the panel near the locked door, then go through it after it unlocks and loot the chest. Pull the nearest statue onto the other panel, and go down the staircase.
You can collect some Ancient Coins in this hallway. Go through the door halfway down the hall for more treasure. Step on the panel to reveal yet another hidden room with a treasure chest. Loot it, and go back out to the long hallway. Go down the stairs. Collect the Ancient Coins and clear the rubble to find yourself in another large room with electricity traps.
If you can, smash the boulder to find a small treasure room. Loot it and then inspect all three statues in the large room.
Disable the traps by pushing statues onto them, then step on the foot panel and inspect the hole that appears behind it. Go through the door near the disabled traps, and use the wall holes to reveal and disarm the electricity traps in front of you. Walk down and through the door. Loot the chest for a keystone, which also sets off some fire traps near the door through which you entered the room. Use attempt to cross to disable the fire trap blocking the door and go back to the large room with three statues.
Instead of going through the unlocked door, inspect the wall to the right to find a secret door. But this is really hard to take a picture with the above subject. Just try and try!
Now I realize playing the Sims 3 on Mac is playing the game of installation and uninstallation Also, be sure to remove the picture from the camera into your inventory to get the update. I took a picture of Ancient Coins and did what yall said and it didn't register so I guess it's a glitch with pictures. Hosfac Sleeper Agent Watcher Posts: You have to make sure that the camera is registering what the picture is supposed to be. If you take a picture of a sim or a pile of ancient coins, it will say something like "A Sim in the Area" or "Pile of Ancient Coins" below the reticule.
If it doesn't say this, it's not going to register for the adventure. Move the reticule around until it comes up and snap the picture when the title appears. Please read the Forum Rules
