It was nice but not as clean or spacious they make it out to be. I was highly disappointed that I spent so much to have a lot of problems there. Unfortunately nothing that the hotel can do but the train tracks by the hotel with the trains coming through all night make it very difficult to sleep. Only one elevator meant long waits. Pool, although clean, needs resurfacing badly. Bathroom and walls in room had dents and gouges. No good when temps went into 40s at night. Even at the breakfast. Staff was very friendly and professional, and the hotel and room were very clean.

She acted like she didn't want me to order food from the restaurant. The staff decided not to clean my room one day and then when I call down to inquire, they were not friendly. Also after that point, Nicole at the front desk did not acknowledge me and was not friendly. Very disappointed in the actions of the staff there. Train passing through at 5 am blowing its horn.
